If you're looking for a therapist but prefer the convenience and privacy of online sessions, I offer face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy via Zoom – accessible from anywhere in the UK, from the comfort of your own home.
Online therapy works just as well as in-person sessions for most people. Many of the clients I work with online are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or a quiet sense that something isn't quite right – and find that the flexibility of online sessions makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are available on flexible weekday slots. I offer a free initial session so you can get a sense of how I work before making any commitment. I am also registered with AXA, Vitality, WPA and Aviva for clients using private health insurance.
